Q: Where and how can I order a color sample?

A: Color samples can be obtained by participating local authorized dealer(s) near you. Color samples may vary based on the authorized dealer. We highly recommend you to visit your local dealer’s showroom to view kitchen display examples so that you may get a better visualization of which door-style you may be interested in.

Lead-Time for Cambridge Cabinetry

Q: How long does it take to receive my cabinets after I place an order?

A: Lead-times vary based on your geographic location. Please contact your local authorized dealer to find out more about their pick-up and delivery schedules.

Product Information and Support for Cambridge Cabinetry

Q: How do I assemble and install my cabinets?

A: We provide universal assembly instructions for base (lower) cabinets, wall (upper) cabinets, and pantry (utility) cabinets in every package. Unique SKUs (such as Lazy Susan Corner Base Cabinets) also contain instructions inside its packaging. We also offer our instructions online at our Resources page.

Q: What tools will I need to assemble and install my cabinets?

A: We highly recommend you to use a powered screw gun, also known as drill gun, when assembling our cabinets. All Cambridge Cabinetry cabinets are made with pre-drilled holes, and every package includes premium metal brackets, screws, and door/drawer bumpers.

We are always seeking new ways to simplify and reduce assembly time. Thus, our cabinet experts have already pre-attached every cabinet door to its respective frame prior to packaging. Please keep in mind this means every cabinet door will already have pre-drilled holes on the back while every cabinet frame will already have screws drilled into it.

Q: Where and how can I get replacement parts for my cabinets?

A: Replacement parts can be obtained by your local authorized dealer. Please contact an authorized Cambridge Cabinetry dealer near you for assistance.

Warranty, Care, and Maintenance for Cambridge Cabinetry

Q: How long is my warranty for Cambridge Cabinetry cabinets?

A: Our current warranty is a Limited Lifetime warranty from the purchase date and only for the original homeowner. If you believe you have encountered a manufacturer defect, please contact your local authorized dealer and provide evidence.

Q: How should I clean and maintain my Cambridge Cabinetry cabinets?

A: It is highly recommended to only dust your cabinets with a soft and clean lint-free cloth towel made of cotton. Lightly-moistened cloth towels with a 50/50 solution mixed of vinegar and a little warm water can be used to clean off light stains. Be sure to dry your cabinets with a towel after cleaning it with vinegar and water.

We highly recommend Cambridge Cabinetry buyers to inspect every single cabinet before assembly and installation. Cambridge Cabinetry cabinets are made of authentic premium birch; although they are sturdy and durable, they are not immune to incidental damages caused during assembly or installation. We also highly recommend Cambridge Cabinetry buyers to immediately take pictures of any damages as proof of the cabinet being damaged prior to assembly and/or installation.
